About Us
At Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry, we specialize in caring for infants, children and adolescents. Even before your child is born, proper dental care for mother and baby becomes an important part of their lives. A child’s first dental visit should be no later than age one.

We understand how intimidating visiting a dentist for the first time can be for children. For this reason, we strive to have a welcoming and comfortable office for you and your children.

Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a “Dental Home” for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.

Services
Around the Mountain Pediatric Dentistry
We are a multiple doctor practice, all of our providers are Board Certified Pediatric Dentists. Our doctors have privileges at Flagstaff Medical Center and The Ambulatory Surgery Center (TASC). In addition, we offer in-office general anesthesia under the care of an Anesthesiologist or Dental Anesthesiologist. All children are unique, and care cannot be managed in the same way for every child. Whether your child is healthy or requires special attention, our doctors can manage the care of your child/children.
Fun and Kid-Friendly Office
We have many parents who say, “Wow, my child wouldn’t even open his mouth at my dentist’s office.” Because we specialize in kids, we want to make our office fun and inviting, where they can come and feel at home! We even have a kid door that patients just love.
